SONAR Platinum not loading startup screen or scanning for plugins?

This issue just started today for me, after I installed the new Gatey Watey plugin from Boz Digital Labs. The issue is that when starting SONAR, the usual startup screen (the one that shows templates and recent projects etc.) does not show up, and the automatic plugin scan does not happen. When I tried to find the new plugin, I could not because it had not been scanned. I tried to manually start a scan but the start scan buttons on the plugin manager and also in preferences > File > VST Settings are faded out and are unable to be clicked. In addition to this, when loading up older projects, certain plugins are not able to be detected. These were predominantly 32-bit plugins.
 
I have uninstalled the Gatey Watey plugin and the issue has not been resolved. I also removed some of the scan paths, however, the scan does not appear to even run, so I doubt that this made any difference. I didn't thoroughly do this anyway, as I don't believe that it is the problem.

System Type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor

EDIT: Before Platinum, I had the Professional demo, and I recently uninstalled it. Maybe some of the shared files were affected? I'll let you know.
