Sounds like you had a lot of resonance tweaking fun with this one. I liked the swelling and fading background pads, almost like the sound of breathing. Nice.

The Synths are from Korg's Digital Legacy Collection.  Primarily the Legacy Cell which is a combination synth that allows the use of the MS20 and the PolySix to be used in a combination patch.  Plus it also uses the MDX FX that come with the Legacy Collection synths.

I was just noodling around with one of the patches and decided to hit record which resulted in the what is played part.  So what you hear is basically what I played in one take.

But "there is more" to use a popular quote, I thought this needs a little something else just to add some more to it but I really liked the sound of the two patches used.  After a little fur preening I replicated the two patches of the PolySix and the MS20 used in the Legacy Cell as close as I could in the VSTi versions of these two synths.  The reason they are only as close as possible, the Legacy Cell gives some additional controls and functionality to the synths contained in the combination.  I then used bits from the initial take to drive the other synths.  I did have to do a little editing because there were a couple of furry notes but it is pretty much what I played.

Therefore the Synths used are:-
Korg's Legacy Cell Combination of the MS-20 and PolySix  
Korg's MS-20 VSTi
Korg's PolySix
Plus a number of instances of Korg's MDX-FX in it's different guises of EQ, Delay, Compression etc.

Recorded in SONAR Platinum 2017.04.  No third party plugs other than ReMatrix Solo as my global Buss reverb.
Each Track used the PC Channel emulation, PC76U-Type Compressor (very lightly) and the Quad Curve EQ.
The two Busses Used:-
Master Buss - PC Buss Console emulation, PC4K S-Type Compressor (just for glue), Quad Curve EQ, and Tape Emulator.
Global Reverb - PC Buss Console emulation, PC4K S-Type Compressor (just for glue), Quad Curve EQ, PC ReMatrix Solo and Tape Emulator.

The Bounced Mix with then finalised through the Linear Phase Multi-Band compressor just to balance it.

Thank you Dean, I tend to use the CA-2A for the work you describe or I have Boz Digital's +10dB compressor.  I find the supplied are either very subtle or as you have noticed a little over the top, I tend to use them just for a little light glue.  
 
The effect of the Channel emulation is quite subtle it adds a little noise and a few artefacts associated with the consoles they emulate.  It is an accumulative and some care needs to used when using.  I find they just add a little ambience to the sound.

Very nice indeed. Oftentimes the most creative stuff that comes out of us is when we're noodling and don't bother to hit record, so good job on starting the ball rolling this time!
