BUG? - VST Friendly Name Issue (32bit)

Hello,
 
I am not sure when this started, but I inserted a 32bit VST that I have a friendly name entered, but it continues to use whatever name is programmed into the VST itself.
 
I thought this was resolved in 2016.09?
