Can someone please tell me.......
Why do I watch Silicon Valley ?
I've watched them all so far, but if you asked me why I'd have to sat that I'm not sure.
Would I recommend it to anyone else? Hmmm, tricky one that....
I'm not prone to wasting time watching stuff that I don't like, probably the polar opposite in that I tend to judge very quickly and move on if something doesn't appeal, so on some level I guess I must like it.
I just don't know why.

Love that show. The casting is marvelous, especially the main character and is immediate cohorts. The situations are preposterous, but, guess what? - so is the reality of Silicon Valley. Technologically, it's actually not all that far-fetched (assuming a super-compression algorithm working far better than anything discovered so far is actually possible). Like you, I've seen every single episode and have withdrawal problems when each season ends all too soon.

I guess that must be it then. I can well believe that some of what appears to be ridiculous is very close to how things really are.
