How to recreate vocal & instrument tremolo effect?
I've heard some interesting guitar and vocal tremolo effects in some songs that I would like to implement in my own. But how do I do it? Here are a few examples of what I'm referring to: "Money", by Pink Floyd Guitar tremolo (fast) starting at :27 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cpbbuaIA3Ds "Crimson and Clover", by Tommy James & the Shondells Guitar tremolo (slow) throughout Vocal tremolo (slow) at 4:25 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GpGEeneO-t0 Another type of tremolo I wish to recreate is the gradual slide from one note to another...similar to pitch bend, but the intention is the consistent sliding transition from one note to another. This type of tremolo I've found often used in synthesizer riffs, Such as this: "Fooling Yourself", by Styx Quick transition tremolo at 3:11 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtzIWPeun7c How do I recreate these effects in Sonar Artist? Any information would be appreciated! Thanks.

There are a bunch of free tremolo vsts - just google it :-)
Also called vibrato sometimes.

Tremolo is a cycling volume change. Vibrato is a cycling pitch change. Sliding between notes is "glissando" and something different again.
The three things are created in quite different ways, even if Leo Fender did get confused and called a guitar vibrato bridge a "tremolo" and the cycling volume change in his amps "vibrato".
There are plenty of tremolo and vibrato plugins about (try Melda for a start). Glissando is something usually found amongst a synth's settings where it is often called "glide". It can also be done by using a synth's pitch-bend to play all the required notes. There are also guitar (and other stringed instrument and trombone) techniques involving sliding between notes.

The synth thing is usually called glide or portamento. The synth itself needs to have it for it to work.

I found a great (free) Leslie VST that sounds fantastic. I don't know where it's from, but it's worth googling.

Do you know why the search filter in the Plug-In Browser doesn't find text strings in FX Chains? I've wondered about this for some time, and your comment reminded me to ask about it.
