blip sounds at end of vst notes....

Hi guys
I'm using session drummer and the SI bass components on a song and have found that small clip "blips" are appearing at the end of notes and strikes on both the bass and the kick drum.  I'm not sure I've heard it before but would appreciate any feedback on how to solve this, maybe i'm using too much drive on the bass? don't think so though...

I don't really use session drummer or SI bass but can you give more details of how you are setting everything up?

    Hi mate
I'm simply setting the tracks up via "insert instrument track" for the bass, which is the biggest problem. Slight popping/ cracking sound on the end of most notes and the start of other. if it was vocals i'd simply use quick fades to get rid of them but this is through vst programmes..
