guitar effects

I don't seem to have any guitar effects in Platinum. I did a clean install on a new computer and they are gone. I have the lifetime membership. I have strum session 2 that's it. Any ideas?

    Assuming you used the CCC to download your new install, try expanding the sonar folder and make sure all the add-ones are installed.

    Intel i7, 12g tri channel ram, 1.5 T disk, too many softsynths and plug-ins

    Strum Session 2 is a synth. Are you looking in the Instruments section of the Plugins tab in the browser? If so, click the Audio FX button.

    Overloud TH3 Cakewalk Edition is included in Platinum.
