Bounce midi to Audio?

Hello all,
Is there a simple fast way to convert your midi track data to a audio file? at this moment it would be an AD2 track.

Thanks!

Bouncing is the original method. This creates a new audio track with the rendered audio. After bouncing the synth, most archive the synth to reclaim the resources used by the synth. Freezing performs a bounce to the current audio track(s) assigned to the synth and archives the synth in one step. Synth audio recording allows real time recording while performing.

    Fast bounce isn't real time

This didn't really work well, all the low end was lost and the timing fell off just enough to bug me. lol
So what are the other alternatives to converting midi data/soft synths into audio?
    Thanks :)

I really must say that in general the bounce features "options" seem to be working better then ever on audio tracks! Or I've leaned how to use them. :)

Bouncing and Freezing take exactly what is coming from the synth, it shouldn't be changing the sound.  Did you have some FX in the bin that maybe didn't get bounced?

    Thanks for the reply. :)
I'm going to test it on another system asap and I will post a samples if it still sounds off. :) or at least post what happened.
