Sporadic copy paste

Hey - can we fix this before I blow my brains out

    Copy/Paste has been a real frustration for me, as well, but I've certainly reported it many times. Multiple issues, the main one being that you can't simply (easily) paste into any track you want. You have to select the destination track/lane in a separate step.
