Well...... it's one nob AFAICT.

I haven't corrected similar guesses elsewhere but I like the group here so I'll say it is not a "one knob" plugin.  The announcement will be this week so it won't be long before it is clear what it is anyway.

I don't know what it is, but that knob looks suspiciously like ones I've seen on vintage Altec hardware.

May be Circuit diagram in the background is what this plug-in imitate?
But I am not sufficiently experienced to guess what it can be

Neither am I proficient enough to know what that diagram is, but I would guess that it's a mixer diagram that has filters and comps.

So it's a plugin, not a hardware unit, like audio interface?

KvR post says the circuit in the background is this MiniMoog VCF clone:

So either a synth or maybe just the filter.

I think the answer was in the "10 Amazing Egg Tricks" video that followed the teaser.

ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC), i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, GTX-1070Ti, Win 10 Pro, Saffire PRO 24 DSP, A-300 PRO, plus numerous gadgets and gizmos that make or manipulate sound in some way.

It is a plug-in that will allow us to input silence, called rests in music terms, in our songs!

I've heard the old saying about the importance of the space/silence between the notes attributed to everyone from Mozart or Debussy to Miles Davis, but of course that's rubbish!  The more notes the better - rests are for the weak! :)

Just kidding, of course.

So summarizing known information: there will be 2 version:
* freeware (?) or "LE", which imitate switched off VCF, still with a possibility to turn knobs. May be with extra limitation to produce silence for 5 seconds only, and then.... who knows...
* full version, which allows to switch it on. With extra bonus to rapidly generate huge number of notes, in case there are some rests on input.

Eat this.
Syntronik is a cutting-edge virtual synthesizer that raises the bar in sound quality and flexibility thanks to the most advanced sampling techniques combined with a new hybrid sample and modeling synthesis engine. Syntronik includes 17 amazing instruments, available as a collection or separately, with over 2,000 preset sounds covering a wide selection from 38 of the most iconic to ultra-rare and painstakingly multi-sampled vintage synthesizers. Syntronik’s synthesis engine goes well beyond traditional sampling thanks to a brand new analog modeled filter section created with utmost expertise. This is coupled with exclusive DRIFTTM technology to accurately reproduce the behavior of oscillators from real hardware synths.

And your heart out.
When it comes to accurately reproducing the sound of timeless machines like Moog, Oberheim, Sequential Circuits, ARP, Roland and Yamaha vintage synthesizers, sampling their sound-generating oscillators is the only way to ensure truly authentic sounds. We selected some of the most sought after synthesizers, sourced only the best instruments from private collections, and painstakingly sampled them. Sound designers worked hand in hand with software developers to take full advantage of this “synthesizer DNA,” with the goal of offering a highly flexible instrument that would maintain the exact sonic character of the originals while extending their creative potential even further. We have captured multiple round robins of single oscillators, oscillator combinations (including sync and FM sweeps) and after more than 70,000 samples and 50GB later, Syntronik is ready to set a new standard in the world of virtual instruments.

Syntronik includes the following 38 amazing synths and string machines offering more than 2,000 instrument presets:
