Powerpoint fit picture to window

Google searches keep leading me to the answers to different questions.
 
Anyone here know how to insert a picture and for it to instantly stretch to fit the the whole slide. Without having to grab the edges and pull out. It's fitting the height, and preserving the proportions, so not the width. I want it to forget the proportions and fit exactly.
