Benchmarking

Decided to try a small DIY benchmark. 
 
I setup a file with a -6dB 1Khz Sine Tone, added 10 LP-64 MB compressor plug-ins to the FX bin.
Then created some clones until it dropped out.
 
I managed 13 tracks before audio dropouts would occur. Bear in mind, my computer is getting on a bit and this was using my slowest SATA 2 drive.  Really I was just looking for an indication of how it would perform under heavier loads like with bigger sampler libraries.
 
DAWbench had no template for Sonar so I decided to make my own.
 
So I can run 120 instances at max. Obviously this is not what would happen in the real world however it gives me an indication how far I can push this silicon.
