Adaptive Limiter window starving graphics in other SONAR windows (work-around).

This seems to be related to the same issue which some folks, like me, saw when the new L-Phase (LPEQ, LPMB) plugins were introduced. This particular problem started with the installation of Platinum 2017.05. A work-around is included below.

Symptoms: With an Adaptive Limiter window open on a track or bus, the graphics in other SONAR windows are starved (i.e. very slow or no graphics updates).  After closing the Adaptive Limiter window, the graphics return to normal.

To recreate the problem:
1.) Open a console and/or track view (with some audio tracks and buses).
2.) Add an Adaptive Limiter and open its window.
3.) Hit play.
4.) The graphics updates in the Console View are very slow and some may freeze. In the Track view, graphics are nearly frozen.

Work-around (not verified by Cakewalk):
I found a work-around based on the fix for a similar problem with the SONAR L-Phase (LPEQ, LPMB) plugins.
1.) See this post: http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3555087
2.) Based on instructions in the that post, edit:  C:\Cakewalk Content\Adaptive Limiter\Settings\LIMITER.cws
3.) Carefully, Edit and Change  EnableOpenGL="0"

Oddly, my Graphics card, an AMD Radeon HD5450, reports OpenGL 4.5 which should sufficient.

Edit: Added SONAR release number, tweaked subject.
