My lava lamp is on the way. Better still, it was free. Ordered it from Amazon and they said I had enough American Express points to cover the entire cost (all $13). No brainer.

I really prefer the psychedelic light shows ... but I guess a lava lamp in the middle of it would make it even better!

If I actually were to move into the house I looked at today, I wouldnt even have space for a lava lamp.

Except I would have planned to put my piano with my computer in one the bedrooms. But they were all too small for that! The largest room barely fits a double bed. The other two a single bed and some drawers. For freaking £175,000 wth!

Hey Bapu, remember, the first time you plug your new lava lamp in, it's going to look like a Millennial at work. In other words, it will just sit there for a few hours getting slightly larger. It takes about six hours to get it moving the first time (much quicker after that). HTH
