I don't mind the Daily Mail. When something big happens like a major ongoing incident or disaster, the DM is often the best place to head to get real time info and tons of detail. Their coverage is very extensive compared to the US news sites. You just have to wade through a huge amount of banal celebrity dirge and "cute" stories to get to it.

Is it wrong that this makes me more mad than terrorism?

People who purposefully attack disabled people for 'the lulz'.

And that was never in my news feeds, I just found it via Imgur.

Meh, for a site that calls itself "rational wiki" it sure piles on the histrionics.

Sorry but that 'article' is bullcrap and mostly just a senseless rant.

There is nothing inherently right or wrong about any media outlet, freedom of information is a great thing.

The only problem is when people take anything that they read in any newspaper to be 100% literal, especially when it comes to articles that are intended as the writer's opinion on the topic.

Of course all newspapers are going to try and be sensationalist, overexaggerate things to the extreme and have a political agenda, be it right, left, centre, up, down ... this is literally their purpose. But most people realize, or at least should to take certain things they read with a grain of salt.

And currently at least when it comes to the biggest topics such as the recent terror attacks, they do have one thing right that the biggest problem with tackling terrorism is the apologist far leftists that keep on accusing any opposition to terrorism as being racist.
