Plug-In Load-Balancing Glitches

Using all 64-Bit VST3 Waves plug-ins in a session with Windows 10 and 64-Bit Sonar Platinum.

I have a project where Plug-In Load balancing is enabled in Prefs, and I'm hearing some nasty glitches on a Mono audio drum track  where there is no clip in the area of the glitches, and the Waves SSL GEQ is loaded and active in the FX bin. What's interesting is that the glitches stay exactly in the same place during each play, as if they were recorded. The sound of the glitches is like cable cross-connect bleed from a guitar track.

Anyone else experience this symptom? Disabling the plug-in or disabling load-balancing corrects the problem.
