A favor from any of my British mates...

I PMd Straummy but as yet haven't heard back from him.  I'm sort of a watch fanatic and have discovered a great micro brand that makes both original and homage designs, is well reviewed and, most importantly for a tight wad like me, is dirt cheap...Gigandet watches out of Germany.  I'm sure they're built in China or Indonesia but the build quality is very good and their designs are tres fab.  
 
One crazy thing though...the German distributor will not ship to the good ol USofA.  Go figure.
 
So...I very much need an ally (see what I did there) in Blighty to purchase one (or two or three) and ship them to me over here in the sticks.  I can PayPal the geetus to you once we know the price, shipping and an appropriate "finders fee" for you and yorn.
 
If you're interested just PM me and I'll let you know which watch I'm currently interested in and we can do a test run.

    That's usually amazon uk and they won't ship to US.  There is anEbay store...maybe Amazon too (I'm a Prime member) called MTRshop24 that sells them but they don't have the one I'm interested in and I can't find out from them if they can get it.

    Yup...but they, apparently, don't carry the one I'm interested in:
     
    The Gigandet Race King G5-0008
    I can find it easily in Germany and England but can't get it shipped here.  There are others I can get from MTRshop24 but it's the Race King in black and beige I'm really after.

    Xactly...but if you'll notice...it won't ship to the US.  I suppose I could buy it and have it shipped to you and then send you the money to ship to me and a "little something for your troubles";-)

    Yup...ol Amazon UK aint through with us yet.  Even after all the rigamarole now they want me to re-enter my card number.  Trouble is...I don't carry it.  So I'll try again when I get home tonight.  But thanks again for all your help James.  I'll keep ya posted.  Plus I'll PM you and answer that last question.
