please HELP!!

hi i bought cakewalk sonar professional on June 14 2017 via cakewalk store the order NR. ..reference code,, is 10010952772. for 259.- Canadian including tax up front. after installing and running the program I get a popup stating: that i need to renew my membership or sonar will go in to demo mode after6 days??? cakewalks website states you will get full 12 month of updates as well as 12 month membership and after that even if  you do not renew membership you will own the product with all updates ecc. what is going on here?? i downloaded the program from command center and my product list is not showing a registration NR. after looking in to it i find that connected products do not need to be register t. it took me almost all night to download and install i was exited and anxious and could hardly wait to have things going with the new program.    i own sonar producer x1 since 12.4.2910.and i bought professional exactly for the reason to have an updated program and the.. fact..?? that i would receive membership and updates for 12 month and after i keep what i have for good!And now i am offered a download for a sonar professional demo even so sonar professional is listed under connected products !!!??? as well my order is not to be seen under store activity in my account. am i dreaming? am i crazy? cakewalk has been in businesses for a long time and it is hard for me,
to think, or believe, that this is just a elaborate scam.. why would i buy a program that turns in to a demo after a view days and spend this kind of money for what?? nothing??
i would like to hear if there are others with the same problem...experience.

    i just contacted  my credit card company to dispute the purchase and thy tell me that the transaction has not been
    register t on my credit card and it will take 6 days for it to go trough.i wonder if that could be the problem??
     
     
    i can buy a boxed  version or a download from long and MC quad e in Canada for the same price and thy provide a registration code.
    so frustrating!

    If the transaction has not completed, that may be the issue. The boxed version is not the solution. Support will take care of it.

    hi skook!
    jes i resolved the issue
    with the help of support.thy where extremely helpful and professional!!
    there was some kind of an error,and thy said that thy are in the process of redoing the store.
    so i was cut up in the middle of it
    .after some tinkering in the system file status was caged from demo to full ownership.
