sonar stating not enough memory to run midi solutions ?

hello i am currently using VSCO 2 Community Edition when I try and open up Sonar I recieve than error stating "Midi does not have enough memory to run"? any advice?

    This is a windows issue I think. If you turn off then on again (or unplug USB) your midi device it will work again.

    Splat, Win 10 64bit and all sorts of musical odds and sods collected over the years, but still missing a lot of my old analogue stuff I sold off years ago.
