My Knew Weight Coach

today I told my trainer that I wanted to get down to my original weight so he helped me do my workout. when i finished he asked "Mr. bayoubill, what is your orginal weight?" I said "9 pounds 7 ounces" 
he made me sit down so he could take my blood pressure

    And I got a load of M&S vouchers in the mail and have a shrunken gut, also theres a heatwave and I have no shorts.
     
    I shall go and buy some shorts later this week.
