Where is the Cakewalk store in Russian?

Where is the Cakewalk store in Russian? I cant choose "Russia" in store. All store prices are in U.S. dollars!!!!!!

    So they have changed the shopping platform... I have seen some post about that, but I do not remember that was officially announced (and so no details what is going to be supported and when).
