MIDI arpeggiator and the Baba ORiley Marimba Repeat function

Many of us are familiar with the arpeggiated organ (Lowrey organ Marimba Repeat) in the Who's Baba ORiley.  It seems to me that the Sonar MIDI arpeggiator could handily emulate that function.  Does anyone know of an arpeggiator preset that does Marimba Repeat?  Is such a function within the realm of possibility with the MIDI arpeggiator?
