unusual timing problem in platinum

unusual timing problem in platinum

when i record a track
everything seems ok
but after it is recorded ahead of the start
so i have to use snap to move it 
i have reinstalled platinum
i use komplete audio 6
i reinstalled it
nothing seems to fix it
so far i have had no help
anyone having the same problem

amd 10-6700 apu, 3.70 ghz,24gb 16gb usable.
sonar platinum 64 bit operating system latest upgrades
