Making plugin GUIs bigger

I have my dual screen setup where I can comfortably see everything in SPLAT.  But there are a number of plugins that appear to be designed for people with the vision of a 10 year old.  I cannot read the knobs.
Some folks like U-he offer the ability to size their stuff as you see fit.  There are others whose plugins - I love the sounds but I cannot read them well enough to customize the patches.

Is there a way in Sonar to make these bigger, without having to make all of Sonar bigger fonts and such?

Thanks

Some people call me Maurice

It's up to the plugin developer.  For example, KV331 Audio just released an update for SynthMaster this month that lets you choose from alternate UI skins scalable from 120-160%.
