Command Center 'Update All' only updates Documentation?

Am I the only one this happens to? Seems like it's every time.

    Update All updates any children that have an update pending. It does not run the update for the top level item. In the case of SONAR 2017.06, the only item under SONAR with a pending update is the documentation.

    Yup, I think the UI should be updated to make this a bit more obvious ...

    DAW: CbB; Sonar Platinum, and others ...
