Learn to play the piano apps?
Hi, I'm a new Sonar and controller keyboard user. I don't play the piano (it's getting a bit late), but it would be great to understand, recognize, find and play notes and chords. Do you recommend any PC (Windows) apps we can use with our controller keyboards, to help learn to play the piano/keyboard, please? Thanks.

craigb There a lots of good places to start just on YouTube (other than Eph's contribution ). Try these: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6urkeK7KgD4M9FI4JqF_rU6bZ6srK3Ry

Thanks. I've subscribed to that channel. I'm hoping to find an app which can recognize controller keyboard playing, too. I find that an app (or game type experience) might keep me more engaged. I've seen a couple of things and I'll keep looking. I just ask in case anyone has any recommendations or experience with anything. Thank you both.

Good thing you're not into German Classical music then Bill! (They go to "H" which is actually a "B" and their "B" is actually "B-flat." Why? Because Bach liked to spell his name on the keyboard!)
