LANC + QuestTel SDI over fiber from Canon XF105

Hi guys,
I'm using QuestTel sdi over fiber units to transfer my SDI stream from Canon XF105, those units have reversed RS485 and Canon has LANC remote control terminal, can I adopt LANC for transmission over RS485 channel, how can I do that?
