Looking for "online Help"

I want to understand more abourt PSYNII. When i look in the online documentation I arrive to this:

See where it says: " For more information, see the PSYN II online Help."
 
Where the heck is that?????????

    It is a chm file on your HD.
    The default location is "C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared DXi\PSYNII\PSYN.chm"
    To open the help file, click in the body of the synth UI then hit F1.

    Thanks so much! Why do they call it Online Help? It is a local file... anyways...

    Because the help is available online and not as a hard copy. Online only means the document is available to your computer. An online file could be stored locally or elsewhere.
