Sonar X3 issue.

Recently upgraded from A to E.
Following the upgrade whenever I open the program i get the following message:
      Runtime error.
      Program C:\program files\cakewalk\shared utilities\ bit bridge.exe
R 6034: an application has made an attempt to load C runtime library incorrectly. Pls contact the application support team
                   for more information.
Also, during the VST scan at the opening of the program,  the scan freezes at the scanning MSVRC80:dll.

At about the same period I had installed two Waves plugins and I cannot access them nor do they appear in the plugins section,
although they show in the C drive on the computer.

As we all know, contacting the support team or Cakewalk support, even by email, is quite an accomplishment.
Therefore I am turning to the community for help.

What have I possibly done wrong?
Should I and could I return to the A version without a and how can I do this?
As you can see by my number of posts, I am fairly new at all of this.

Regards

Thank you all in advance for your support and replies.

MSVRC80.dll is a windows runtime library that comes with millions of programms.
Also this file exists in multiple versions.
This file may "NOT" exist within the scan path of your VSTs.
Try to check where this file is placed - and check your scan paths.
I guess there is something wrong with an installation OR your VST-scan paths.

The mentioned file is not a plugin. It's part of the MS runtime libraries that Cakewalk uses with Sonar.

Just do a reinstall of the e patch. I would reboot before and after just to make sure there's nothing in memory that could interfere with the installation.

All this situation happened after I upgraded to A.
Is it possible to go back to the A version?  And how would I do that.
