I have collected the information about my activity at one place:
http://www.azslow.com/index.php/board,11.0.html In general, from what I know, Sonar 8.5 was the last version supported by third party tools (CakeTalking and JSonar). Starting from X, the interface was changed and these tools are unable to work. X2a+ accessibility mode tend to crash Sonar as soon as a screen reader is present. Recent CW plug-ins (f.e. Rapture Pro) and not accessible. 8.5 is still in use for the purpose. Unfortunately, Windows 8 - 10 has changed window schema and these tools have problems with that. So, Sonar 8.5 under Windows 7 is still what works.
The information in the link is my personal opinion and tools, an attempt to move forward. Till now all that is "one man" only attempt.
