Mp3 encoder - need one for X2 and platinum

When I try to convert to mp3, I get a notice that I need to contact Cakewalk support and get an encoder. 
How do I email Cakewalk support? The email page doesn't take me to an email. 
Not sure how to proceed to get the encoder.

    At the time X2 was released there was a fee associated with the integrated mp3 encoder. This is no longer the case. The unlock program for the integrated encoder is now free. Here is a link to get it.
