Applying A MIDI Tempo Map & Project Template To Existing Project

What is the best way to import the tracks recorded in a live tracking session into the Pop Mix Template and to apply a MIDI tempo map exported from Melodyne? The song was recorded live and I'd like the keep the recorded project tempo that runs at 93.5 bpm +/- ~ 1 bpm.

So far, I've used Melodyne to export the project Acoustic Guitar DI track's tempo map and I've opened that tempo map in SONAR which created a project with a single empty MIDI track and the Guitar's tempo map. That's the only way I've been able to apply the MIDI tempo map to a SONAR project.

So, I now have the tempo map project with no audio tracks and the tracking project including all the audio files but a flat tempo map. I can't think of a way to quickly load the project's audio files into the Pop Mix template and apply the MIDI tempo map. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
