How do I cancel my monthly membership?

Can someone please tell me how I cancel my monthly SONAR membership?  I can't find an option to do so on the website or in the software...

Those links don't help, unfortunately.  The first one refers to a "Subscription Cancellation" link in an email from Cleverbridge.  I never got an email from them.  I got emails from Cakewalk when I first purchased the product, but none of them have any reference to cancelling the subscription.
 
I looked in the "My Account" section of the website, but I can't locate a cancel option.
 
Cakewalk isn't the only company that does this, but I find it highly irritating when companies make it difficult to cancel subscriptions to their products.  It makes me a lot less likely to buy something from that company again.

Thanks, I did send an email about this.  Haven't received a reply yet.  But it shouldn't be necessary; there should be a straightforward way to cancel your subscription somewhere on your account page.  If there is such a thing, I haven't been able to find it.
