I like the elec piano and acoustic, that's a lovely atmosphere you've created. Chord changes are really nice too. I'm just not sure about the vocal, it works better for me when you're keeping it low key in the verses, when you get 'emotional', the music stays the same so it sounds a little jarring to me. Hope that makes sense. That last line
'like a dirty dish you're stuck on my mind'
- I'd maybe rethink that...

Thanks. I completely get the stark contrast when with music staying the same, the vocals go higher. And I had thought about the last line which is under consideration to change. Thanks !!
