HeadlessBuddha Samples gone out of Business?

I purchased a very small ($6) upgrade to one of their Sample libraries in May - it was supposed to be available June 10th.
Well it never appeared and I did email them a few times but did not get an answer - i have subsequently from time to time gone back to the website to check if it was available - but I just checked today and their website has been suspended!!!
Anyone know what happened to them??

    I remember the guy (Mauro Sanches) telling people at kvr a few months ago that he was closing shop and selling his website.

    That's Ok if he hadn't taken advance orders I suppose!!
