Tech Help Request - No Reply since 08.04.17

on AUG 4th, I have a auto-reply that CW have received my support request (#353965)
No reply since, still having difficulty with RapturePro - it won't load DimPro legacy or user libraries & some multisamples in the factory library won't play.

. . . a little help here please

Hopefully you supplied support with more information than you did in your post such as OS, RPro version.
You may be able to figure out what is going on by looking at a log. Logging is on the Options menu in the RPro UI. The default location for logs in Windows is "C:\Cakewalk Content\Rapture Pro\Logs"

scook - yeah, all the details are in the support request. WIN10 - LIVE9 - current RPro v. - Tascam uh7000 with ASIO
installed after the dreaded "out of system resources" pop-up
There is no "Logs" folder in my C:destination you mention above
can you kindly check with support to see if they can follow-up on my request ?

Enable logging using the options menu in the RPro UI.

I am not a Cakewalk employee.

During installation RPro checks the registry for Cakewalk Sound Center, DPro and Rapture installation information. If it finds those programs, the installer copies the DPro and Rapture programs into the RPro program folder (default path - "C:\Cakewalk Content\Rapture Pro\Programs") and updates registry entries in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cakewalk Music Software\Rapture Pro\2.0. Note: this is a one time event. If CSC, DPro or Rapture are installed after RPro, they will not be added to RPro automatically.

RPro also includes the original DPro content in two installers under RPro in the Command Center and your account called "D-Pro Part 1" and "D-Pro Part 2." The default path for the samples from these installers is "C:\Cakewalk Content\Cakewalk Sample Data\Rapture Pro\Multisamples"

The free DPro Expansion packs are available here. I have not tried to install these without DPro installed.

scook - grateful for you trying to help here. I really am

just wish CW support would step-up as I tried a complete re-install this afternoon . . . and I want the 45 minutes of my life back. No multisamples again

fwiw: I'm not a "hater' as I love DimPro and am a devoted Z3ta2 guy. I've been know to fire-up the ol' Rapture v.1 on occasion also. Can't understand why a pretty decent customer like myself can't get a support response in 2 and 1/2 freaking weeks.

Hopefully you removed the rp registry entry after uninstalling RPro and before re-installing. Although before attempting a complete re-install, I would have just tried running the 2 D-Pro installers and checked the RPro log after re-installing.
