SWS Extensions for Reaper updated to v2.9.6

The latest release build of the SWS Extensions for Reaper posted yesterday.

Nice update.  I thought the SWS dude had stopped work on it.

That's why I was still on v2.8.3. I'd stopped looking for updates.
