Midi Timing Issue

I upgraded to the latest update and now when I play my midi keyboard it is in time with the metronome but when I Record the midi is recording ahead of the metronome and timing is off. I have never had something like this happen before, I have always recorded my keyboards in midi, adjusted notes and then played it back and recorded the audio.  I hope this is something simple thanks in advance

Hi is there some kind of official response on this?

I am having this problem when I record drum tracks (about 8 tracks).  I have to move them backwards after i'm done and try to line them up with the clock manually.  Super annoying!!

    How far out?

I am just wondering as if you are recording live you can not expect to be bang on the tick or can you?

How big is your Midi prepare buffer in milliseconds?

A few good seconds, it's like way off.  The weird thing is i recorded it in time (pretty much) but after the recording it ends up a good few measures ahead.  It's pretty weird.  I think my buffer is 512

If I understand this correctly you record live and though it sounds OK when you are recording examination of the recorded MIDI shows it to be offset by a number of Bars? or is it the Audio that is offset?
