Re-Amping

I'm sure there was other topics discussing this, but couldn't seem to find them..........

If Im using a Kemper Amp and wish to record the Direct Guitar as well for future Re-Amping, how can i measure the possible latency? Or can this be taken care of somehow within Sonar?

Im using the latest Platinum version and Im using an RME Fireface UFX.

Kind Regards
Lee

There is as plugin for using external effects that calculates the round trip and supplies the offset. Then record the output of the track to an aux track.

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.
