dropouts when recording and playback

dropouts when recording and playback

Anytime I try to record it drops out as well as dropping out on playback... what is the problem????? what can I do to fix this problem???

    Some information on your system would be useful?
    CPU, OS, SONAR Version, Audio Interface(I/F), Driver Model, buffer sizes for I/F, what instrument(s) is/are dropping out etc.

    Tricky to diagnose an issue without this information, it could be anything from your latency being to low, the wrong driver model, or your MIDI prepare buffers being to short.
