Tracks to take lanes?

I've always laid the track screen out for 3 takes of each instrument/part. 
Is there a way to take those tracks and make them takes in a track?
 
Yes, I just discovered how takes would work better for me hehe

    As far as I can recall, there's no automatic way, but you can create a new track, create empty take lanes in it, and just drag and drop stuff from the other three tracks. Hold down SHIFT when dragging to lock the time of each clip.
