Cakewalk Email Newletters - last one was 2016-02-05

I recently go a "Cakewalk wants your opinion" email on 2017-08-28, "Cakewalk Problem Report Confirmation - CWBRN-54802" email on 2016-10-10.

The last Cakewalk Newsletter was on 2016-02-05 about the "Free upgrade to EB 5 2.0 Bass Pack; Plus save 33% off the entire Gibson Bass Collection".

Cakewalk emails are getting through, I have resubscribed to the news letter several times but still not receiving them.

Any body else still not getting Cakewalk Newsletters?.

Hi, I had the same issue since I got into lifetime membership.
I solved it accidentially by changing my account email adress to a new one.
    Best regards

Thanks for starting this thread. I thought it was just me.

I have emailed Cakewalk about this problem repeatedly, and although they email me back telling me they will try and fix the problem, I still have not received promotional emails from Cakewalk for many months. Not long ago, I went to the Cakewalk site and signed up all over again. Still nothing.

Same here - never receive anything from Cakewalk anymore even though I have the same email account, system, etc. Their email marketing system is absolutely terrible. It has been an on-going thing with Cakewalk. They fix it, then it get's broken again after awhile for a lot of users. Support used to monitor the forums and fix those complaining about it being broken and fix it again. There really is no excuse why this should be happening year after year.

Yes, the same here, somewhere around summer 2016 I received one. I resubscribed, but it didn't help.

Try to change your account email (My Account Home, Cakewalk Account Profile, Edit Account Details) to an alternative one - that helped me (did it accidentally because i had to move to a new provider). Maybe you can change it back afterwards...
