Best way to select specific MIDI lengths

What are the best tools / techniques to select MIDI notes by note length over an entire track?

In this example there is (1) instrument with (3) articulations,
  • chnl 1 short notes will be staccato
  • chnl 2 med notes will be sustain
  • chnl 3 long notes will be slide down
