HELP ME PLEASE : OMB-ROLAND SC iOS App-SONAR

Hello,
 
I have OMB on my Laptop [wifi 192.168.1.6], LoopMidi1, LoopBE1.
I have Roland Sound Canvas on my iPAD [wifi 192.168.1.8], also MidiBridge.
I have my SONAR on my DAW PC.
 
I want to play on OMB to trigger Roland SC and take the output to the Audio Interface of my DAW.
I cannot send signal from my laptop OMB to iPAD [over wifi]
Will rptMidi work?

    Wifi Midi?? I think even if it did work there would be pretty bad latancy. 
    I had a sound canvas a long time ago,  By todays standards I think the MS Wavetable is about the same.  Why not  use a VST like Dim Pro in Sonar? Or are you up to something weird and wonderful.

    I got the app Sound Canvas on my iPAD. Its easy. Actually I wanted to use my iPad as a sound module to play the accompaniment part. I have 1manband on my laptop where I have downloaded the styles to play. It was just a curiosity if I can communicate to my iPad through wifi as I don't have Ethernet adopter for iPad [thus wifi].
     
    I tried with rtpMidi. It worked.
     
    You are right, latency is an issue, as the same router is being accessed by broadband and mobile phones. That I think I will overcome if I connect iPad directly thru Midi.
     
    Does Dim Pro have multichannel? Accompaniment tracks are assigned Midi 9 thru 16.  I got SampleTank and Korg iM1.
     
    Also I am trying to explore if I can use iPad to control 1manband.
