Sonar and timeline reported to plugin when Now cursor position changes - can this be fixed

Hi
Having some essential plugins not fully working in Sonar.

This text tell what it's about:
"When I move the timeline in my DAW the video does not move to a new frame. Why is that?
This happens in Cakewalk Sonar, Bitwig Studio and MOTU Digital Performer because of the way in which they implement the Steinberg VSTi plug-in interface. These DAWs report the timeline location to plug-ins only when the transport is actually running. If you move the timeline by clicking or dragging then VidPlayVST does not know the new song position until the transport is restarted."

a) this plugin VidPlayVst makes it possible to load another video beside what Sonar can load on a track
b) think this problem is also why Waves Tune does not locate Now-cursor from within it's gui
Basically making Tune not work fully.
c) remember from 5-6 years ago looking at Melodyne then, there were also a remark about Sonar and timeline,
This is fixed now doing ARA - but it comes up as a problem - and you wonder why Sonar is different.

Is this something that can be fixed - or is it a biggy?
Thinking a setting to always report new location in timeline to plugin when Now-cursor is moved.

Maybe Cakewalk is the only party that can answer this, don't know if more have a request for this to be fixed - chime in to support idea.

Thanks.

Best regards
