[FIXED in 2017.09] Duplicating tracks with plugins that use tempo still broken.

I posted about this last night but that post appears to have vanished from the forum.  The new duplicate functionality still has this problem in the 2017.09 EA release:

    Actually try this with the official build.  We were able to work in a fix :)

    Just tried it with the official build.  Looks good.  The cloned plugins seem to be getting the tempo from the project like they should.  Awesome.
