What happened to my lifetime updates?

So, back in may 2016 i took advantage of the lifetime updates with the $149 promo..

and got an email today that said i died... well, not really, but my "lifetime" updates apparently expired in June.

Anyone else have this happen?.. and any suggestions?.. email support i guess?

Go to the 'My Products' page on the Cakewalk web site. You should see a listing of all the Cakewalk products you own. Scroll down and click on 'Sonar Platinum'. It will show you all the products associated with Platinum. Look towards the center of the page at the top, just above the picture of the Sonar box. It should state that "This is a membership product, your membership ends on ." with the infinity symbol () indicating that you have a life time membership. If you don't see the infinity symbol, get in touch with the folks at Cakewalk.

I replied here with what you'll need to do:

    Mystic38
As i spend my summers sailing I have only got back home and proceeded to do updates..and noticed that my account membership now shows *expired*.

I purchased the lifetime updates on 5/24/2016 and it has not been applied to my account, pls advise

Lifetime updates started being sold on 6/1/2016.

I can't remember now if there was a grace period, but you'll need to talk to customer service about this.
