Bounceing tracks?  Splat

Am I doing something wrong? Is it broken? 
I select a track and hit bounce track, the dialog pops up and I select Bus FX as well as other options.
But the Buss FXs are not bouncing with the track.

I may not be thinking this out right :) But I was bouncing to a new track.
