New Billing - Thank god its easier
I don't know if anyone else noticed. But I used to get repeat-denies over Cleverbridge because they have to much ear-cheese to hear-out a VPN. Evidently its been changed to Digital River. Thank you, Cakewalk Jesus. They hated my VPN so much, they charged me back 5 months into billing. I now have no issues.
I don't know why, but did anyone else have this issues over using VPN when Cleverbridge was a thing? My god, I felt bad there for a while. I was doing a rent-to-own thing and Cleverbridge damn near charge-backed me 4 times and I was on the phone for like an hour with Q-tips at the ready remedying their messes.
Even XLN's billing system was better, glad you guys canned them.
