Moog Minitaur gets crazy when opening with Sonar Pl(Release Button)

Hi!

My Moog Minitaur gets crazy when opening whith Sonar Pl.

If I take the power away from my Moog and turn it on, everything is o.k. again.

If I start Sonar with the Moog via USB-Midi or Midi, then the release on-off button flashes always no matter how often you push it.
The synth is reacting correctly and is switching the release envelope on or of like it should. Even the Editor shows that it’s turning on and off.

If I push the Release Button on my Moog, the Midi Monitor(obds) shows: Sysex B0 48 00 and Cc ReleaseT channel 1

Data 1 cc 72
Data 2 cc 65 (on) 0 (off)

I connected the Moog with Reaper and I have no problems at all.

The problem appears with the stand alone version of Moog Minitaur Editor and even with the VST-version.

I loaded the last firmware edit on the Moog and deleted the software and drivers in Windows 7 an made a clean installation with no result.

I experimented with the obds midi monitor. Sonar ist just sending BF 7A 00 and the controller Contr00 on every midi channel when opening(no need to open up any projects). The Moog is on Channel number one. I guess the sending of cc messages from sonar is normal and no reason to getting crazy for a synth.

I’be tried to edit the TTSSEQ.INI

And added the line “sendLocaloff=0

which had no effect.

Maybe, I have to go deeper into this. If some one who has experience in editing the TTSSEQ.INI, and could give me some hints, it would be great.

Reaper is sending Pitch Bend resets and Control Changes Hold 1 to 0.

Reaper on ch 1: B0 40 00(that’s Sysex) and cc Hold 1 to 0

Reaper is sending a different sysex string on every channel from 1-16
but the same cc.

Anyway. The Moog is working with reaper but not with Sonar Platinum.

I've contacted Moog Support and the told me to make a small video of this srange behavior of the Moog Minitaur.
status: pending since a few days!

Can anybody help me?

Thank You!

Chris

Links that match to the issue that I found on google:

I had this problem befor I had the release button problem.
I 've tryed to modify the TTSSEQ.INI
and added the line “sendLocaloff=0 and the problem was gone.
The Moog is making always a sound now.
